BoFEP is looking to fill out it’s ranks! We are seeking new members, old members who wish to rejoin, current members who may wish to become more involved, and everything in between!<\/p>\n
If you would like to become a new member<\/strong> or renew your membership<\/strong> with BoFEP instructions can be found on our website<\/a>!<\/p>\n New Steering Committee<\/strong> members must be nominated and elected at the Annual General Meeting held November of every year. You may self nominate. In order to nominate an individual, including yourself, please submit a letter of intent (no more than 250 words, addressed to Sarah Chamberlain) to bayoffundyep@gmail.com<\/a> by the 1st<\/sup> of October, 2018. The Nominations Committee will put together a Slate for the Steering Committee for the following year, and the slate as a whole will be voted on at the AGM. You will be notified in advance if your name will be put forward on the 2018-2019 Slate.<\/p>\n If your name is put forward and you wish to become even more involved and are interested in a Management Committee<\/strong> position, please submit a letter of intent and a Curriculum Vitae to bayoffundyep@gmail.com<\/a>. All positions of Management Committee become vacant every year and must be re-elected after each AGM. Positions are: Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and three other members. The position of Past-Chair is non-elected and is of course held by the immediate past Chair of BoFEP. At this time, we are seeking specific interest in three Management Committee Positions: Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary<\/strong>.
